Everyone knows that exercise can improve a person?s health. Do people realize that it can also help an individual?s appearance?

When people see an advertisement, the viewer is made to believe that if the individual in the ad can do it, anyone can achieve the same results in a period of time. Unfortunately, this is not always true.

This is because the biological genetics of a human being are inherited from their parents: so if the family is made up chubby people, there is a chance the same will be true of that person.

Some people believe that beauty is limited to what is seen on the outside. This can be achieved if the person decides to join an exercise program. Working the muscles can cause the person to lose or gain weight, tone the muscles, and flatten the abs.

Consult your doctor first then find a personal trainer that can design a program that will work to attain the person?s objectives.

Exercise builds up a person?s endurance and resistance against disease. This will keep the individual healthy, strong, and immune to disease.

A smile can change a bad day into a good one. Exercise can make this happen since males and females have endorphins which are hormones produced by the body and are usually activated by a good workout in the gym.

Beauty is not only skin deep: it also requires improving the beauty from within. This can be done by reading books and other activities to keep the mind sharp.

People should maintain a proper diet by eating fruits, vegetables, meat and fish: eating all of these will provide the proper amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats needed by the body.

Appearance can also be improved by getting the proper amount of rest. Doctors say that 8 hours of sleep is ideal but some people have proven that 5 to 6 hours can sufficient.

Many gyms are not only equipped with exercise equipment. These facilities may also have spas, saunas and massage parlors that when combined with exercise can release the tension in the body making the person feel rested.

Exercise is just one of the many things that can help improve the appearance of a person. Those who have vices such as smoking or drinking should stop since they impede the progress that one is trying so hard to achieve by working out in a gym.

Have you ever encountered people who do no mind their manners? In a department store, when a woman starts screaming at the top of her lungs cursing a sales clerk because she did not get the size or color of an item she requested, other people will not be concerned about her appearance ? just her manners. Those present will start ignoring her. This is a perfect example of a situation where manners override physical appearance.

Today, there are more than enough reasons why people get angry and nasty. While they have the right to feel that way, it is important that they know how to handle the situation properly, especially when in public and other people are around.

Manners or etiquette refers to set of expectations regarding social behavior; also known as conventional norm. I is an unwritten code implemented primarily by parents and teachers to produce well-mannered adults.

Sub-consciously or consciously, people put more emphasis on their first impressions, particularly with others that they wish to have a personal relationship with. This does not cover just physical appearance but also good manners. Nobody wants to associate with anyone who talks when his mouth is full, asks the woman to pay for their first date, or someone who does not stop talking.

Men in particular, who are polite, are greatly appreciated. If they stand when introduced to a woman, say ?thank you? and ?please? more often, they impress more people – not just the female population.

Manners are written and unwritten rules that define or limit the behavior when interacting with other people. They are often associated with respect and proper conduct.

The following are the guidelines to becoming a well-mannered individual:

1. Be warm and respectful when greeting acquaintances and friends. Uncomplimentary opinions of another person must not be expressed to others. These opinions can destroy another individual?s reputation or privacy. Avoid insulting other people, especially when in a crowd since this can adversely affect their emotions and self-confidence.

2. Be hospitable and accommodating to everyone who pays you a visit. It is considered a personal responsibility or duty of homeowners to be considerate of their visitors.

3. Dress appropriately by choosing clothes that will not offend others, especially when attending meetings, social gatherings, etc.

An average looking person who is well mannered is more pleasing in comparison to good-looking person without manners. While physical appearance is important, it is more essential to pay attention to etiquette, which will be the determining factor of success when interacting and building relationships with other people.

So this is what happens. We have career paths that enable us to make more and more money to pursue these things that we think will make us happy but what we find is that the stress of the job is making us miserable. So we spend this extra money trying to make ourselves happy again.

This is the root of the problem. So if you want to find the secret to success and money attraction then, sit down, be honest with yourself and do the following…

What is it that I really want?

Get a pen and write down everything that you want to do or have in your life, and put a dollar sign next to each of them. It doesn’t matter if you can’t afford it. Just take the time to really dream without limits and to be honest with yourself about what you really want.

By doing this you’ll have some firm goals instead of saying “I want to have the money to quit my job”, or “I want to buy a new car”

These kinds of vague generalizations are nothing more than wishful thinking, and wishful thinking inspires passivity more than it inspires action.

The more specific your target is, the better your chances are of hitting it. By quantifying the amount of money that you want, you’ll engage your creative imagination and your internal sense of motivation will compel you to take action.
