A fast paced lifestyle can take its toll on the health and appearance of Americans. Most do not get adequate sleep, nourishment, and exercise. This is one of the reasons why vitamins and supplements have become household names. An average American needs at least thirteen vitamins to keep the body in good shape and keep everyone going. But do they improve a person?s appearance?

The following are the vitamins that can greatly improve a person?s appearance:

1. Vitamin E.

Perhaps the most popular vitamin that is often associated with beautiful skin is Vitamin E. It protects fatty acids and keeps oxidation inside the body cells. It also helps keep body tissues from breaking down.

According to US Recommended Daily Supplement (RDA), people who are 19 years or older require at least 15 milligrams of Vitamin E each day. Good sources of Vitamin E are eggs, tomato juice, apples, avocados, spinach, potatoes, turnips, etc.

Having a beautiful skin will definitely improve the appearance of a person. Achieving this is easy; it only takes knowledge about Vitamin E and the proper intake of it.

2. Vitamin C.

This is very essential to the body and its appearance; lack of it causes Scurvy. This disease causes inflamed and bleeding gums that result in tooth loss, slow wound healing, bumps on the legs and arms, and easy bruising.

Vitamin C comes from citrus fruits such as limes, grapefruit, and oranges. It can also be found in vegetables such as green peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.

3. Vitamin D.

This improves the posture by protecting the bones and muscles. An adequate supply of vitamin D3 (also known as calcium) protects a person from Osteoporosis. Obtaining this vitamin from food alone may not be easy, and for this reason it is recommended to consider using supplements. The most common sources of Vitamin D are oysters, clams, etc.; fish such as salmon and sardines; eggs, beef liver, etc.

4. Vitamin B.

There are 8 groups of B-complex vitamins; these are B1 or thiamine, B2 or riboflavin, B3 or Niacin, B6 or pyridoxine, B9 or folic acid, B12 or cyanocobalamin, etc. They provide energy for the body and make skin healthy.

Vitamin B can be found in cereal, rice, meat, corn, nuts, cheese, meat, eggs, etc.

Vitamins, like food, are essential for keeping the body in good shape and improve its appearance. Getting them is easy as ABC. Eating a well balanced diet combined with taking vitamins is the way to go.

A pleasing appearance does not depend entirely on physical beauty but is also influenced by the gait at which he walks and the way he carries himself. A person who may look beautiful can become ugly the moment he open s his mouth.

Taking stock of the way you communicate with others will help you improve your appearance. A glib talker will be more attractive than a person who stands timidly quiet, not because of a lack of wisdom but because he has nothing else to say.

If you are knowledgeable on any topic, then you can walk ?the talk? and make yourself the most beautiful or handsome person in the room. A good talker captivates his audience without being overbearing: but be careful to not to overdo it by monopolizing the conversation.

Becoming a good talker or speaker works hand in hand with possessing proper manners. You may be good in talking but if you do not possess the proper manners, then your general appearance suffers or id ruined. Avoid giving curt answers like ?yes? or ?no? because it will make you appear blunt.

What you lack in the ?looks? department can be compensated for by using a very good talking stance to improve your appearance. Engaging your associates in intelligent and polite conversation will always improve your appearance and reputation ? which is good.

A proper talking stance includes the quality of voice you use when conversing with others. Avoid being too loud or condescending as this will, in many cases, turn other people off and will taint your general appearance to them. A voice that is shrill or ?falsetto-like? will give other people a bad impression of you. Do not use an angry voice when talking with others even if you are accustomed to using this type of voice. There is always an opportunity to change bad habits!

While talking, show your interest not only in the topic or issues of the day, but also in the people around you. Being kind to those in the conversation circle will earn you higher points, appearance wise.

You may inject humor in your conversation but tread carefully because there is a thin line between humor and bad taste. Never make fun of others because it is a black mark on your appearance. Always make your conversations pleasant and decent.

While you may not be the most handsome or beautiful face in a room, make sure you exude a good appearance by being smart, respectful, decent, and a good conversationalist.

Any period pregnant women go through and any of the stages or trimesters that they are currently in will pose a number of problems. However, at the same time being pregnant is one of the most wonderful things that any women will experience. However, any woman is going to want to make sure that they handle their pregnancy in the most graceful way, and so here are some tips on doing so.

One of the key thing is to make sure of during the early pregnant months is to prevent yourself from complaining to your friends or your colleagues or your family too much. While you are certainly going to have plenty of problems to go through it is a good idea that you do not then to these problems to those who cannot necessarily understand you and who will instead start to get a little bit bored of your moaning.

Obviously, they will not want to let you know to your face but you shouldn’t put them in a position where they are getting fed up with your complaints. Instead, then to your feelings to those who understand instead. Others will not be in a position to know what you are going through and therefore you should speak to other pregant mums and share your problems together.

It is also a good idea to ensure that the changes that you go through are managed in an appropriate fashion. One of the main ones of these will be in the weight that you gain. While it is fine for any woman carrying a single child to gain roughly 30 or 40 pounds of weight during their pregnancy it is important that you do not focus too much on ‘eating for two’. Instead focus on enjoying some healthy foods and healthy diet, getting exercise, and also in resting as often as possible.

Managing your stress levels is also very important. If your stress levels are much lower than you will obviously appear to be a lot more graceful with the handling of your pregnancy. As such you should cut down any work hours that you are doing and also focus on relaxing as much as possible.

You should also try to see if you can bond frequently with your unborn child as well. You should therefore spend plenty of time every single day stroking your stomach, enjoying the movements inside you, and speaking to your child as well. This is also something that you can enjoy with your partner so that you are all bonding together as a family.

Follow all of the steps in order to handle pregnancy gracefully.
